【抗原性】
根据弧菌O抗原不同,分成Ⅵ个血清群,第Ⅰ群包括霍乱弧菌的两个生物型。第Ⅰ群A、B、C三种抗原成份可将霍乱弧菌分为三个血清型:含AC者为原型(又称稻叶型),含AB者为异型(又称小川型),A、B、C均有者称中间型(彦岛型)。
抵抗力
霍乱弧菌古典生物型对外环境抵抗力较弱,EL-Tor生物型抵抗力较强,在河水、井水、海水中可存活1~3周,在鲜鱼,贝壳类食物上存活1~2周。
霍乱弧菌对热,干燥,日光,化学消毒剂和酸均很敏感,耐低温,耐碱。湿热55℃,15分钟,100℃,1~2分钟,水中加0.5ppm氯15分钟可被杀死。0.1%高锰酸钾浸泡蔬菜、水果可达到消毒目的。在正常胃酸中仅生存4分钟。

【用法用量】霍乱弧菌O1群检测试剂盒(胶体金)
标本采集: 1、本试剂盒用于体外检测人体粪便标本。按临床常规方法采集便样。
2、样品若3日后用,则应置入-20℃以下保存。
检测步骤: 1、取出稀释液,拧下瓶盖,取约0.5克样品或0.3ml新鲜粪便于稀释液瓶中(内含1.1ml稀释液),用滴管反复吹打5次以上,备用。
2、从铝箔袋内取出检测卡,在非样本端标记样本号。
3、将检测卡平置于台面,用滴管吸取稀释液瓶内的样品液,向检测卡的样品孔内滴加4滴样品液(约150μl),从滴加样品开始计时,10分钟观察结果。也可将稀释液瓶外盖拧上,同时将检测卡帽取掉,直接把检测卡插入稀释液瓶中,10分钟观察结果。
结果判断:1、阳性结果:可见两条紫红色线条。即C线(质控线)和T线(检测线)皆显色
2、阴性结果:仅见一条紫红色线条。即只有C线(质控线)显色。
3、无效结果:无任何线条出现或仅有T线显色,说明实验无效,应重新测试。

[What is Vibrio cholera, Understand]
Vibrio cholerae (V. cholerae) in the genus Vibrio causes a severe intestinal infectious disease with acute onset, strong infectivity, and high mortality. It is an international quarantinable infectious disease.
Vibrio cholerae includes two biological types: Classical biotype and EL-Tor bio-type
). These two types have basically the same morphology and immunological characteristics except for a few biological traits. There is no essential difference in clinical pathology and epidemiological characteristics. Since 1817, there have been seven worldwide pandemics in the world. The first six pathogens were classical Vibrio cholerae, and the seventh pathogen was caused by El Tor.
A new strain of serotype (0139) that caused the cholera epidemic was found in southeastern India in October 1992 (0139). The cholera caused by it has the same clinical manifestation and transmission pattern as classical cholera but cannot be elicited by 01 Vibrio cholerae strains. The serum was agglutinated, and the anti-01 group antiserum was not protective against 0139 strain. Survival time in water is longer than 01 Vibrio cholerae strains and it may become a new strain that causes the worldwide cholera epidemic.
