【什么是质控品】

1. 质控品的来源： 
  质控品的来源同校准品大致相同，厂商可能会更具自己的要求添加了很多物质，此时有些物质的添加量常常达到病理状态的高浓度，在应用于某一项目时，对这个项目来说基质效应将更大。

2. 定值方法： 
  有些厂商会给自己的标准品定一个定值范围，这个定值范围是由厂商联合几家使用同样检测系统的临床用户，仅多次测定得出的均值。此时如果将该质控品应用于另一个检测系统，由于方法学的不同，可能得出同厂商给出值有较大差异的值。此时不能认为该检测系统的准确度不佳。此时需要强调的是检测系统都是用来测定新鲜血清的，不是用来测定质控品或其他物质的。检测系统只有在检测新鲜血清是得出的结果才具有溯源性。不同检测系统之间只有在检测新鲜血清时才具可比性。

检测抗原 系用免疫学方法检测宿主细胞内的病原(速殖子或包囊)、在血清及体液中的代谢或裂解产物(循环抗原)。是早期诊断和确诊的可靠方法。国内外学者建立了McAb-ELISA以及McAb与多抗的夹心型ELISA法检测急性患者血清循环抗原，其敏感度为能检出血清中.μg/ml的抗原。[] 皮内试验以受染小白鼠腹腔液或鸡胚液作抗原。常出现延迟性、结核菌素反应。可用作流行病学调查。目前应用不多。[] 准妈妈的孕期体检中，包括一项叫做TORCH的检查。TORCH一词是由几种病原体英文名称的*个字母组合而成。其中字母T就代表弓形虫。（其他几个字母分别代表梅毒、风疹病毒、巨细胞病毒和单纯疱疹病毒。）虽然法国和奥地利等国家规定对孕妇常规进行弓形虫抗体检查，做法是在怀孕早期进行血清抗体检查，如果为阴性（即没有感染过），告诉孕妇注意预防感染，并定期复查；发现孕妇出现急性感染，即给予螺旋霉素治疗，同时对胎儿进行羊膜穿刺和超声检查。由于孕妇在妊娠期间的感染和胎儿感染的机会都很小，所以英美的研究结论是这种筛检不值得常规做。抗弓形虫IgM抗体阳性提示感染。

Since pregnant women have little chance of infection and fetal infection during pregnancy, the Anglo-American study concluded that this screening is not worth doing routinely. Anti-Toxoplasma gondii IgM antibody is positive for infection.
