温带气旋对中高纬度地区的天气变化有着重要的影响,多风雨天气,有时伴有暴雨或强对流天气,有时近地面zui大风力可达10级以上。
温带气候是世界上分布的气候类型。由于温带气候分布地域广泛,类型复杂繁多,从而为生物界创造了良好的气候环境,形成了丰富多彩的动植物界。从植物的种类上来看,有夏绿阔叶林、针叶林和针阔混交林,大陆内部也有草原、半沙漠和沙漠。草原地区生活着善跑能飞的动物;在阔叶林中生活着大型食肉类动物;针叶林中生活着一些耐寒动物。南温带处于南纬23°26'~66°34'之间,即南回归线和南极圈之间的温带,无阳光直射。海洋生物的发育和生长条件与北温带相似。海生植物繁茂,巨型藻类生长*,浮游生物丰富,是南半球海洋动物zui多的地带。南回归线到南极圈之间的区域为南温带。
南温带是指南回归线和南极圈之间的地区,即南纬66°34′到南纬23°26′之间的纬度带。主要包括南美洲的南部,大洋洲南部和非洲的南部地区。
南温带属于回归线和极圈之间的中纬地带。这个热量带内全年正午太阳高度变化很大,南回归线上的变化幅为90°~43°8′之间,然后随纬度的增高太阳高度逐渐减小,到了南极圈地区,变幅在46°52′~0°之间。而且该地区昼夜长短的变化幅度也很大,到了极圈地区可增加到24小时。所以温带地区气温的季节变化比较大,四季分明是温带的一大特点。
暖温带。暖温带有两种不同的含义,一种是指zui热月的平均气温在20℃以上为暖温带。第二种解释是,zui热月平均气温在10℃以上,zui冷月的平均气温在0℃以上叫暖温带。
凉温带(又称中温带)
凉温带也有两个不同的含义:*种为zui热月的平均气温在10℃~20℃之间的地区。第二种解释为zui热月的平均气温在10℃以上,zui冷月的平均气温在0℃以下的地区。
寒温带又称亚寒带,指年平均气温低于0℃,而且zui热月的平均气温高于10℃的地区
由于南半球海洋面积广阔,海陆间的热力性质差异较小,因此南温带内没有温带季风气候区。

The South Temperate Zone is the area between the Guideline and the Antarctic Circle, that is, the latitude zone between 66°34′S and 23°26′S. It mainly includes the south of South America, the southern part of Oceania and the southern part of Africa.
The southern temperate zone belongs to the mid-latitude zone between the Tropic and Polar Circles. In this heat zone, the height of the sun changes greatly at noon of the year. The change range on the Tropic of Somatra is between 90° and 43°8′. Then the altitude of the sun decreases gradually with increasing latitude and reaches the Antarctic Circle. Between ° 52' ~ 0 °. Cold temperate (also known as temperate zone)
The cool temperate zone also has two different meanings: The first is the region where the average temperature of the hottest months is between 10°C and 20°C. The second explanation is that the average temperature of the hottest month is above 10°C, and that of the coldest month is below 0°C.
The cold temperate zone is also called the sub-frigid zone, which means that the average annual temperature is below 0°C, and that the average temperature of the hottest month is higher than 10°C.
Due to the large area of the ocean in the southern hemisphere, there is little difference in the nature of heat between the sea and the land. Therefore, there is no temperate monsoon climate zone in the south temperate zone.
