流行性感冒(简称流感)是流感病毒引起的急性呼吸道感染,也是一种传染性强、传播速度快的疾病。其主要通过空气中的飞沫、人与人之间的接触或与被污染物品的接触传播。典型的临床症状是:急起高热、全身疼痛、显著乏力和轻度呼吸道症状。一般秋冬季节是其高发期,所引起的并发症和死亡现象非常严重。该病是由流感病毒引起,可分为甲(A)、乙(B)、丙(C)三型,甲型病毒经常发生抗原变异,传染性大,传播迅速,极易发生大范围流行。甲型H1N1也就是甲型一种。本病具有自限性,但在婴幼儿、老年人和存在心肺基础疾病的患者容易并发肺炎等严重并发症而导致的。

在几十年的工作中,巴甫洛夫应用条件反射方法获得脑内基本神经活动过程的一系列规律,创立了高级神经活动学说。由于巴甫洛夫的高级神经活动学说是以条件反射为中心内容的,所以也称条件反射学说。从广义来看,中枢神经系统的高级机能,除条件反射外,还包含学习和记忆、睡眠与觉醒、动机行为等。巴甫洛夫认为高级神经活动的基本过程的基本特性是:神经过程的强度、神经过程的平衡性、神经过程的灵活性。巴甫洛夫认为高级神经活动的基本过程有两个,即兴奋和抑制。所谓兴奋是指神经活动由静息状态或较弱的状态转为活动或较强的状态;所谓抑制是指神经活动由活动的状态或较强的状态转为静息的状态或较弱的状态。不能简单地把兴奋看做是活动,把抑制看做是静止的状态。兴奋和抑制都是一种神经活动的过程,它们指的是这种活动所指向的方向。[1] 巴甫洛夫指出,高级神经活动的两个基本过程有三个基本特性,这就是它们的强度、平衡性和灵活性。神经过程的强度是指神经细胞能接受的刺激的强弱程度,以及神经细胞持久工作的能力。神经过程的强度有强弱之分,兴奋过程强者,在强烈刺激的作用下仍能形成条件反射,并能保持已经形成的条件反射;兴奋过程弱者,在强刺激作用下难于形成条件反射,甚至会使已经形成的条件反射受到抑制或遭到破坏。抑制过程强者可长时间忍受持续不断的内抑制,抑制过程弱者只能忍受较短时间的内抑制。神经过程的平衡性是指兴奋和抑制两种过程的力量是否平衡,所以神经过程的平衡性有平衡和不平衡之分,且不平衡又有兴奋占优势和抑制占优势两种情况。神经过程的灵活性是指兴奋和抑制两种过程相互转化的难易程度,有灵活和不灵活之分。巴甫洛夫指出,两种基本神经过程的三个特性之间的不同组合,构成了高级神经活动的不同类型。波兰心理学家斯特里劳(J.Strelau)指出:巴甫洛夫把神经活动类型与个体适应环境的能力密切起来,这种能力zui强的是两个强而平衡型,zui弱的是弱型。During decades of work, Pavlov used the conditioned reflex method to obtain basic neural activity in the brainMovement of a series of laws, founded a senior theory of neural activity.
