中国细胞生物学学会2017年冬季细胞黄浦研修班(细胞黄浦五期),于2018年1月25—28日在西北大学成功举办,由中国细胞生物学学会青年工作委员会主办、西北大学生命科学院承办、上海市创新细胞生物学发展基金会资助、Cell Signaling Technology (CST) *赞助。来自北京大学、上海交通大学、复旦大学、四川大学和中国科学院等20余所高校、科研院所的30名青年PI参加了本期研修班。
中国细胞生物学学会细胞黄浦研修班是学会青年工作委员会专门为国内高校和研究所从事细胞生物学及相关领域研究的新PI量身定制的培训课程。课程主要围绕实验室管理、基金申请、论文投稿、心理压力管控等多方面展开。旨在帮助新近组建实验室的新PI尽快适应国内科研环境,解决实验室管理上的问题,早日使实验室运行步入正规。本次研修班反响强烈,学会从实际出发,切实解决青年科学家面临的问题与困惑,为青年PI成长为一个优秀的管理者补上了重要一课。首期细胞黄浦班2015年夏季在上海举办,经过前四届的不断发展完善,现已成长为一个目标明确、立足的生物领域内的管理培训班。学会今后将继续沿用这种研修班模式,每年举办2期培训,使更多的新PI从中受益,为青年科学家打造交流成长平台。
CellSignaling Technology(CST)作为一家科学家创办的公司,一直致力于“植根科学、服务科研、创新转化”。作为中国细胞生物学学会细胞黄浦研修班(Whangpoo Laboratory Leadership Academy,WLLA)的*战略合作伙伴,从 2015 年*期研修班起,陪伴青年 PI 们度过了很多美好的时光。青年 PI 们通过专业的团队管理经验的培训,增加了团队管理能力,提高了科研产出效率,同时促进了交流,我们感到由衷的高兴。但是,青年 PI 们在建立实验室的过程中,仍然有很多实际需求,如建立标准的实验流程、提高实验的可重复性、研究生基础实验教育、招聘合适人才等。为了促进青年 PI 们的交流,一定程度上协助解决青年PI们的实际问题,决定成立“CST 小荷 PI 联盟”,欢迎往届和新届黄浦学员加入我们。共同为中国的科研和医疗事业作出贡献。
Chinese Institute of cell biology in the winter of 2017, Huangpu Seminar (Huangpu cell cell five), in January 2018 25 - 28 at the Northwestern University successfully held by the Youth Committee of China Institute of cell biology, College of life science, Northwestern University, sponsored by the contractor, Shanghai innovation fund, the development of cell biology of Cell Signaling Technology (CST) exclusive sponsorship. 30 young PI from Peking University, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Fudan University, Sichuan University and Chinese Academy of Sciences and other 20 universities and research institutes participated in this seminar.
China cell biology society cell Huangpu training class is a training course that is learned by the youth working committee specially for domestic universities and research institutes in the field of cell biology and related research PI. The course mainly revolves around laboratory management, fund application, paper submission, psychological pressure control and so on. The new PI is designed to help the newly established laboratory to adapt to the domestic scientific research environment as soon as possible, to solve the problems in the laboratory management, and to make the laboratory run into the normal operation as soon as possible. This seminar is very strong, and learn to start from reality to solve the problems and puzzles faced by young scientists. It has made an important lesson for young PI to grow into an excellent manager. The first class cell Huangpu class was held in Shanghai in summer 2015. After the first four sessions of development, it has grown into a goal oriented, high end management training course in the biological field. We will continue to use this training class in the future, and hold 2 training sessions every year, so that more new PI will benefit from it and create communication and growth platform for young scientists.
CellSignaling Technology (CST), as a company founded by a scientist, has been devoted to "root science, service research, innovation and transformation". As the exclusive strategic partner of Whangpoo Laboratory Leadership Academy (WLLA) in China cell biology society, from the first training class in 2015, we have had many wonderful times to accompany the young PI people in Huangpu. Through training professional team management experience, young PI increased their team management capabilities, improved their research output efficiency, and promoted communication. However, there are still many practical needs for young PI in building laboratories, such as establishing standard experimental procedures, improving repeatability of experiments, postgraduate basic experiment education, recruiting suitable talents, etc. In order to promote the PI Youth Exchange, to a certain extent to solve practical problems of young PI, decided to set up a "CST lotus PI alliance", the previous and new Huangpu students are welcome to join us. To contribute to the scientific research and medical cause of China.
