【预期用途】
用于待测致敏红细胞样本的预处理,使致敏红细胞样本中的待测抗体从与细胞结合的状态中解离释放出来。以便于使用体外诊断试剂或仪器对待测抗体进行检测。
【检验原理】
红细胞上的抗原与血清中抗体在适合条件下发生致敏,这种结合在一定条件下是可逆的。将已致敏的红细胞悬浮于低pH值的甘氨酸溶液中,抗体蛋白又可以从结合的红细胞上解离释放出来。离心取上清解离的放散液,此液中含有从红细胞表面解离释放出来的抗体蛋白,经Tris缓冲液调节pH至中性后此上清放散液可用于相关抗体的检测和鉴定;而解离释放后的红细胞经洗涤后可用于血型定型、自身抗体的吸收等。
【主要组成成份】
1.溶液I:主要组分为甘氨酸(C2H5NO2),氯化钠(NaCl)。
2.溶液II:主要组分为Tris碱,指示剂。
【储存条件及有效期】
常温(10~30℃)储存,有效期1年。试剂开瓶后在常温(10~30℃)条件下可储存6个月。
【样本要求】
新鲜或2~8℃保存不超过72小时的抗凝血样。

是硬脑膜内层自颅顶正中线折病毒并向伸展与两半球之间的结构。其前端窄,附于鸡冠,后分宽,向下连于小脑幕的上面。
小脑幕
呈半月形,水平地位于大脑半球与小脑之间。小脑幕分为两侧颞骨岩部;前缘游离并向后凹陷,称为幕切迹,与蝶骨鞍背围成的孔有中脑穿过。小脑幕将颅腔分为幕上、下间隙。幕上间隙又借大脑镰分为左、右两部。当幕上间隙的颅内压增高时,可将海马旁回和海马旁回钩推入小脑幕孔,形成颞叶钩回疝。
小脑镰
后部附着与枕内嵴,前缘游离,呈镰刀状,部分的分割小脑两半球。向上连于小脑幕,下接枕骨大孔边缘。
鞍隔
为环状邹襞,中央有一孔,漏斗从此通过。其前方附着于鞍结节和前床突,后方附着于小脑幕游离缘,构成垂体窝的顶。
硬膜窦是由硬脑膜的骨膜层在特定部位互相分离而形成的腔隙,在腔隙内面衬有内皮细胞。

直窦(rectus sinus):位于大脑镰和小脑幕的汇合处,直行向后,在枕内隆凸附近与上矢状窦汇合成为窦汇,并向两侧延伸为横窦。
横窦和乙状窦:横窦位于枕骨横沟处,即小脑幕的后外侧缘,向前行至岩枕裂处转向下成为乙状窦。乙状窦位于颞骨的乙状沟内。
窦汇:为上矢状窦、下矢状窦、直窦和左、右横窦的会合处。实际上以上各窦会合在窦汇者少见。若上矢状窦分支时,则右支常比左支大,右横窦也比左横窦宽大。
