【预期用途】
用于待测致敏红细胞样本的预处理,使致敏红细胞样本中的待测抗体从与细胞结合的状态中解离释放出来。以便于使用体外诊断试剂或仪器对待测抗体进行检测。
【检验原理】
红细胞上的抗原与血清中抗体在适合条件下发生致敏,这种结合在一定条件下是可逆的。将已致敏的红细胞悬浮于低pH值的甘氨酸溶液中,抗体蛋白又可以从结合的红细胞上解离释放出来。离心取上清解离的放散液,此液中含有从红细胞表面解离释放出来的抗体蛋白,经Tris缓冲液调节pH至中性后此上清放散液可用于相关抗体的检测和鉴定;而解离释放后的红细胞经洗涤后可用于血型定型、自身抗体的吸收等。
【主要组成成份】
1.溶液I:主要组分为甘氨酸(C2H5NO2),氯化钠(NaCl)。
2.溶液II:主要组分为Tris碱,指示剂。
【储存条件及有效期】
常温(10~30℃)储存,有效期1年。试剂开瓶后在常温(10~30℃)条件下可储存6个月。
【样本要求】
新鲜或2~8℃保存不超过72小时的抗凝血样。

生长激素(Somatropin)为DNA重组人生长激素,具有人体生长激素同等作用。能促进骨骼、内脏和全身生长.促进蛋白质合成,影响脂肪和矿物质代谢,在人体生长发育中起着关键性作用。皮下注射约80%被吸收,5小时达血药浓度高峰,半衰期为4小时。注射剂量的90%在肝脏代谢,仅约0.1%以原形由胆道、肾脏排泄。主要用于内源性垂体生长激素分泌不足而引起的生长障碍、躯体矮小的侏儒症、矮小病患儿。尚可用于治疗烧伤、骨折、创伤、出血性溃疡、肌肉萎缩症、骨质疏松等疾病。
促性腺激素(gonadotropins, Gn)是调节脊椎动物性腺发育,促进性激素生成和分泌的糖蛋白激素。如垂体前叶分泌的促黄体生成激素(LH)和促卵泡成熟激素(FSH),两者协同作用,刺激卵巢或睾丸中生殖细胞的发育及性激素的生成和分泌;人胎盘分泌的绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG),可促进妊娠黄体分泌孕酮。怀孕初期尿中即可出现HCG,于妊娠两个月时达高峰,临床常以此作为妊娠指标。促性腺激素(LH,FSH,HCG)与促甲状腺激素(TSH)均由α及β两条肽链通过非共价键组合而成,
垂体促性腺激素的生成和释放受下丘脑促黄体生成激素释放激素(LH-RH)的直接调控。LH与FSH的靶腺产物——性激素反过来也可影响垂体或下丘脑的分泌功能。病毒此LH-RH、LH与FSH以及性激素的分泌相互制约,起伏颇有节奏。女性月经周期的反复出现就是这三级激素分泌的起伏和节律性变病毒的结果。
