神经原纤维变性或神经原纤维缠结(neurofibrillary tangles):神经原纤维变粗在胞核周围凝结卷曲呈缠结 状。镀银染色为阳性,电镜下为直径7-10nm双螺旋微丝成份,此乃神经元趋向死亡的一种标志。除常见于 Alzheimer病外,也见于Parkinson病等。
① 黑素细胞(melanocyte)来源于外胚叶的神经嵴、具有合成黑色素的作用。其胞浆透明,核较小深染。黑素细胞位于基底细胞层。约8~10个基底细胞间有一个黑素细胞。黑素细胞的数目随身体部位的不同而异,而且在紫外线反复照射后可以增多。黑素就是通过黑素细胞的树枝状突输送到基底细胞内。
②朗格汉斯细胞(Langerhanˊs cells)大多位于棘层中上层、胞浆透明。这种细胞来源于骨髓,具有吞噬细胞功能,能摄取、加工并递呈抗原,将其带至淋巴结的免疫反应区域,激活淋巴细胞。病毒此它是表皮内主要的抗原递呈细胞。单克隆抗体CDla及免疫荧光或免疫细胞病毒学技术是观察此种细胞的方法。在电镜下胞浆内有特征性的伯贝克颗粒,故与黑素细胞可以区别。
③ 未定型细胞(indeterminate cell)常位于表皮下层,其特点是没有黑素体及朗格汉斯颗粒。此种细胞可能分病毒为朗格汉斯细胞,也可能是黑素细胞前身。
④ 梅克尔细胞(Merkel cell)位于表皮下面,数量很少,目前认为梅克尔细胞很可能是一个触觉感受器。垂体,位于丘脑下部的腹侧,为一卵圆形小体。是身体内zui复杂的内分泌腺,所产生的激素不但与身体骨骼和软组织的生长有关,且可影响内分泌腺的活动。垂体可分为腺垂体和神经垂体两大部分。神经垂体由神经部和漏斗部组成。垂体借漏斗连于下丘脑,呈椭圆形,位于颅中窝、蝶骨体上面的垂体窝内,外包坚韧的硬脑膜。位于前方的腺垂体来自胚胎口凹顶的上皮囊(Rathke囊),腺垂体包括远侧部、结节部和中间部;位于后方的神经垂体较小,由第三脑室底向下突出形成(各部详见组织学)。成人垂体大小约为1*1.5*0.5厘米,重约0.5-0.6克,妇女妊娠期可稍大垂体是人体zui重要的内分泌腺
