其中zui常见病原体为嗜肺军团菌(占病例的85%~90%),其次是L.micdadei(占5%~10%),再次是L.bozemanii和L.dumoffii.

Legionella hidden in air conditioners
Why Legionnaires outbreak among the veterans popular it? To understand how Legionnaires' Disease spread, Philadelphia epidemiologists conducted a detailed survey of the prevalence of the disease at the time.
They found that there was no human-to-human transmission of Legionnaires' Disease because none of those who were in close contact with the patient and even those who lived in the same room were infected. Although the meeting provided two meals, most diners did not get sick, but none of them dined. Also can not find evidence of illness caused by water, beverages or beer. Scientists also think of smoking, but smoking and non-smoking people have the incidence, but did not see the local inhalation of the same brand of smoking among the incidence phenomenon. Since it was summer, scientists naturally considered whether the epidemic was related to insect bites. However, patients reported no bites from insects or even contact with birds and mammals, nor did they receive common gifts or souvenirs.
What causes the disease epidemic? Scientists began a survey of the living environment of the participants. Congress representatives were living in the local A, B, C three hos, the General Assembly headquarters in the A Ho, the distribution of the case population and the activities of the General Assembly, the incidence was mostly A ho lobby and reception on the 14th floor Room, or walk from these two places. This shows that there is a common pathogen in the air in both places.
So, where is the germs in the air? After some investigation, people finally found that these pathogens hidden in the ho's air-conditioning system.
Legionella disease has a specific reason
Legionnaires disease season more concentrated in late summer and early autumn. Legionella is a highly resistant bacterium in nature that lives predominantly in water and can be isolated in rivers, streams, lakes and pond waters. Legionella is also very strong in life and can survive in tap water for more than one year. Therefore, it often pollutes air-conditioning system water, water tower, shower nozzle, and even contaminated mineral water. From 1997 to 1999, epidemiologists in our country surveyed 14 hos with four or more stars, resulting in the detection of Legionella bacteria in 85.7% of air-conditioning cooling towers.
