(胶体金法)疟疾抗原抗体快检卡 本试剂盒主要是采用胶体金层析的原理制成,用于检测人体血清/血浆/全血标本中,感染的疟原虫抗体,包括了恶性疟原虫和间日疟原虫、卵形疟原虫、三日疟原虫共有抗原的鉴别性检测。

人群易感性 人群对疟疾普遍易感,感染后虽有一定的免疫力,但不持久,各型疟疾之间亦无交叉免疫性,经反复多次感染后,再感染时症状可较轻,甚至无症状,而一般非流行区来的外来人员常较易感染,且症状较重。

5 在十五分钟内出结果注意:必须在15分钟内判读结果,如超时判断,结果无效。

6 请遵循相关法规,妥善处理样本及废弃材料。

4.脑膜型炭疽
大多继发于伴有败血症的各型炭疽,原发性偶见。临床症状有剧烈头痛、呕吐、抽搐,明显脑膜刺激征。病情凶险,发展特别迅速,患者可于起病2~4日内死亡。脑脊液大多呈血性。
5.败血型炭疽
多继发于肺炭疽或肠炭疽,由皮肤炭疽引起者较少。可伴高热、头痛、出血、呕吐、毒血症、感染性休克、DIC(弥散性血管内凝血)等。
白细胞总数大多增高(10~20)×109/L,少数可高达(60~80)×109/L,分类以中性粒细胞为高。
2.涂片检查
取水疱内容物、病灶渗出物、分泌物、痰液、呕吐物、粪便、血液及脑脊液等作涂片,可发现病原菌,涂片中发现病原菌时可作革兰或荚膜染色,亦可作各种特异性荧光抗体(抗菌体,抗荚膜、抗芽胞、抗噬菌体等)染色检查。
3.培养
检材应分别接种于血琼脂平板、普通琼脂平板、碳酸氢钠平板。血标本应事先增菌培养。如见可疑菌落,则根据生物学特征及动物试验进行鉴定,如青霉素串珠和抑制试验、噬菌体裂解试验等。梅毒在*流行,据WHO估计,每年约有1200万新发病例,主要集中在南亚、东南亚和次撒哈拉非洲。近年来梅毒在我国增长迅速,已成为报告病例数zui多的性病。所报告的梅毒中,潜伏梅毒占多数,一、二期梅毒也较为常见,先天梅毒报告病例数也在增加。
梅毒患者的皮肤、黏膜中含梅毒螺旋体,未患病者在与梅毒患者的性接触中,皮肤或黏膜若有细微破损则可得病。极少数可通过输血或途径传染。获得性梅毒(后天)早期梅毒病人是传染源,95%以上是通过危险的或无保护的性行为传染,少数通过接亲吻、输血、污染的衣物等传染。胎传梅毒由患梅毒的孕妇传染,如果一、二期和早期潜伏梅毒的孕妇,传染给胎儿的几率相当高。1.传染源
