检验原理
用抗原包被微量板孔,制成固相载体。加患者血清到板孔中,其所含的抗体特异性地与固相载体中现存抗原结合,形成免疫复合物。除去多余物质后,加入结合了碱性磷酸酶的IgG、IgA或IgM抗体,使之与上述免疫复合物反应。洗板,除去多余的结合物,加入底物(对硝基苯磷酸盐)。其与酶结合的免疫复合物反应,产生有颜色产物,颜色强度与特异性抗体含量成正比。

致单位进入细胞,A1肽链活化,进而激活腺苷环化酶(AC),使
三磷酸腺苷(ATP)转化为环磷酸腺苷(cAMP),细胞内 cAMP浓
度增高,导致肠粘膜细胞分泌功能大为亢进,使大量体液和电解
质进入肠腔而发生剧烈吐泻,由于大量脱水和失盐,可发生代谢
性酸中毒,血循环衰竭,甚至休克或死亡。
致病因素
霍乱弧菌产生肠毒素,是一种剧烈的致泄毒素。该毒素作用于肠
壁促使肠黏膜细胞极度分泌从而使水和盐过量排出,导致严重脱
水虚脱;进而引起代谢性酸中毒和急性肾功能衰竭[1] 。
所致疾病
引起烈性肠道传染病霍乱,为我国的甲类法定传染病。在自然情
况下,人类是霍乱弧菌的*易感者。在地方性流行区,除病人
外,无症状感染者也是重要传染源。高比例的无症状携带者有利
于疾病的扩散,根据卫生状况,无症状携带者和病人的比率波动
在10:1~100:1之间。
传播途径主要是通过污染的水源或未煮熟的食物如海产品、蔬菜
经口摄入。居住拥挤,卫生状况差,特别是公用水源是造成暴发
流行的重要因素。人与人之间的直接传播不常见。在正常胃酸条
件下,如以水为载体,需饮入大于1010个细菌方能引起感染;如

菌感染可从无症状或轻型腹泻到严重的致死性腹泻。在古典生物
型霍乱弧菌感染中,无症状者可达60%,在El Tor生物型感染中
,无症状者可达75%。霍乱弧菌古典生物型所致疾病较El Tor生
物型严重。
