神经调节蛋白1有不同的亚型(NRG1),其可溶性亚型主要是由许旺细胞释放,表达水平可决定轴突的命运及髓鞘的厚度,尤其是轴突跨膜神经调节蛋白1表达与创伤后神经再生有密切。
