Urine based screening tests for drugs of abuse range from simple immunoassay tests to complex analytical procedures. The speed and sensitivity of immunoassays have made them the most widely accepted method for screening urine for drugs of abuse.
The DOA Panels are based on the principle of the highly specific immunochemical reactions of antigens and antibodies, which are used for the analysis of specific compounds in human urine. The DOA Screen Panels are rapid, visual, competitive panel immunoassay that can be used for the simultaneous, qualitative detection of 11-nor-D9-tetrahydrocannabinol-9-carboxylic acid, Benzoylecgonine, Phencyclidine, Morphine, Methadone, Methamphetamine, Amphetamine, Barbiturates, Oxazepam, Nortriptyline, MDMA, ,Ketamine,Buprenorphine-3-D-Glucuronide, Tramadol and EDDP in urine. The length of time following drug use for which a positive result may occur is dependent upon several factors including the frequency and amount of drug, metabolic rate, excretion rate, drug half-life, and the drug user’s age, weight, activity and diet.

In a study conducted in China, from 2011 to 2014, researchers collected bacterial samples from pork and chicken sold in slaughter pigs in four provinces and in 30 open-air markets in Guangzhou and 27 supermarkets. They also analyzed bacteria in infected patients in Guangdong and Zhejiang hospitals.
They found that the proportion of mcr-1 gene present in E. coli samples collected from animals and raw meat was very high. Even more worrisome is the fact that the proportion of positive samples rises year by year, and the mcr-1 gene is also found in 16 samples of 1322 inpatients with E. coli and Klebsiella pneumoniae.
David Paterson and Patrick Harris of the University of Queensland in Australia commented in The Lancet Infectious Bacteria magazine that the use of colistin in agriculture and colistin resistance in slaughtered animals , The link between the colistin resistance in food and the colistin resistance in the human body is now complete. One of the few solutions to decoupling these links is to limit or stop the use of colistin in agriculture. Otherwise, it will lead to large-scale public health problems. Antibiotics was once the most effective and revolutionary drug in the world, but antibiotics seem to have reached their limits of use as bacteria rapidly evolve antibiotic resistance. The emergence of antibiotic resistance poses a serious threat to people all over the world, and bacteria once considered to be easy to cure since the discovery of antibiotics are now once again a nightmare. Many researchers are still working on finding new antibiotics so far, but this is tantamount to fueling the arms race between doctors and bacteria.
A survey shows that in the United States hospital-acquired bacteria, half of the bacteria with antibiotic resistance. According to a report by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, nearly 2 million people are infected with drug-resistant bacteria each year in the United States, of which 23,000 are dying.
All along, people are focused on the treatment of microbial infections of these microorganisms, but the real deadly is not the microorganisms themselves, but the side effects caused by the infection. Studies have shown that if you can prevent the bacterial damage caused by bacterial infections, such as muscle wasting symptoms, can effectively prevent the fatal hazards caused by infection.
Now scientists may find a solution to the problem - a "superhero" bacterium that is parasitic in the intestine and can migrate to other organs and tissues - a bacterium that mitigates the lethality caused by superbug infections Symptoms. In an article published in the October 30, 2015, Science magazine, the researchers found that one strain of E. coli in the mouse microbiome was able to raise the tolerance of bacterial mice to lung and intestinal infections, as demonstrated by Muscle bacteria develop when mice are infected in general and Escherichia coli can effectively prevent muscle bacteria. Scientists call this strain "superhero" bacteria.
